Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is below.
Achieve Clothing is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, on the rare occasion, a product may be found to be faulty or defective, we offer a refund or exchange. You have the right to return any products that you have bought from us up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund upon receipt and inspection of the item subject to the Refund Policy.
There are a few circumstances in which we will not be able to accept the returns.
- If the product/s has had the tag removed
- If the product/s is not in its original packaging
- If the product/s has been stained or left with a scent
- If the product/s has been obviously worn and washed
Once your return has been inspected by our team, we will email you to notify that we have received your item. Your refund will then be processed and the payment will be applied to the original method of payment.
If you receive a refund the cost of the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Fill in the Returns Form and send it along with the goods.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
Sale items can not be refunded and therefore we can only offer an exchange on such items.
